Cobb was formerly a disciple of Sander Cohen, later becoming enemies with him. Not much is known about him, other than what is hinted at from a vague line he screams to Jack via radio: "I used to love you! You know why? Because you paid my bills, you ancient hack! Come to the records store if you want to find me. I'll show you what I think of your plinkity-plink-plink!" He wears a bird mask, unlike many other splicers which wear a rabbit mask.
